Our job was to collect what they needed, make a basic version of the platform, give them help, and then turn the basic version into a complete product with AI features.

We kicked off with an in-depth discovery phase to gather requirements, prioritize features, and map out the product roadmap. Our client from the US oil and energy company “Quantum Energy” with 10K employees wanted to build a custom human capital management solution. The AI-powered HR solution should include a set of features for 2 user roles - HR managers and regular employees. Our client also wanted to implement a gamification and achievements feature with IoT tracking and different surveys.

Objectives 

Artkai needed to conduct a thorough discovery phase and define the product vision and objectives, prepare detailed requirements, and create a roadmap with prioritized features. Then, we had to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) of the HR platform with core AI-powered features, release it to users, including employees and managers, and gather feedback. Finally, the project involves scaling the MVP and continuously improving its functionality based on the feedback received.

Challenge

The project was complex with a lot of new features for HRs and employees to add. The main challenge was to integrate advanced AI algorithms smoothly into the human capital management solution while ensuring simplicity, accessibility, and scalability. We had to implement back-end and web apps consistently. 

Outcome

In 2022, our client came up with a bold idea to transform the social news model with an AI-powered app. They aimed to address problems like repetitive news from untrusted sources and messy news feeds. With a team lacking tech expertise, they sought our help to turn their vision into reality.

A major European telecom company approached us to merge their marketing tool with AI chatbot and customer support platforms into a unified SaaS platform, branded as Hub.AI. Our task was to review existing solutions and design a user-friendly concept prioritizing seamless integration and advanced AI features.

Objectives

The main goal of Artkai’s team was to help with a clear vision of the future multifunctional SaaS platform and then turn that vision into reality. After in-depth research of the target audience, we created new user personas, tested new concepts of a SaaS platform to select the most user-centric and effective one, and chose a further design and development approach.

The main challenge was to align the visions of three separate stakeholder groups, each with its own product: an AI chatbot, a campaign builder, and a support platform. They lacked experience in integrating products, creating cohesive branding, conducting comprehensive research, and analyzing insights. Also, the client had an upcoming marketing event in the next quarter where they planned to unveil the new solution, so high speed was crucial.

Outcome

Artkai conducted 10 stakeholder interviews and 14 hours of online workshops to define the vision and requirements for a new platform integrating multiple acquired solutions. We produced 3 new customer journey maps and tested 2 design concepts. Our client received valuable insights and a comprehensive product development plan, including estimates for future phases. Stakeholders approved the vision and proceeded with development based on our dynamic concept, enhancing user flows and functionality.

Artkai’s team had to redesign and upgrade an old video surveillance system for a US-based tech company that deals with video monitoring solutions.
