MarTech software development services for marketing operations and advertising

Our MarTech software development services are for two kinds of buyer: marketing organizations whose work runs on the same chain of steps every campaign, and advertising companies whose product is the software other people's campaigns run on. On the first side we built a content operations platform and an influencer platform that a marketing operator runs in production; on the second, the platform behind Adverty's in-game ads and a SaaS platform that brings advertising channels into one place.

The situation

The same chain every campaign

The campaign goes out on Monday. On Thursday the head of content asks whether the last article was signed off. One editor says yes, another says it went back for changes, and the only record is a chat thread that has long since scrolled past it. The brief lives in one tool, the drafts in another, the approvals in nobody's tool at all. Every step is simple; the week is spent carrying work from one step to the next and checking who has it now.

For whoever builds the software, that chain is a business process like any other: brief, produce, check, approve, publish, report. It can be mapped stage by stage, with an owner and a definition of done for each, and the handoffs, where the cost actually sits, can be moved out of people's heads and into the system.

Advertising is the other half of the market and a different job. There the software is the product: advertisers buying placements and publishers selling them both look at the same platform, and both have to trust what it shows them about where their money went.

Marketing software development for content and influencer operations

A marketing operation that publishes at volume runs on a pipeline. Each piece of content passes the same stages, each stage has its own checks, and most teams hold that pipeline together with spreadsheets, shared folders and reminders in chat. The work does not get lost because people are careless; it gets lost between tools.

For a marketing operator, a client we do not name, we built a content operations platform in which articles move through staged checks on their way to publication. The stages and the checks between them live in the software rather than in someone's memory, so whoever picks an article up next can see where it is and what it still has to pass. The platform is in production.

For the same operator we built a large platform for working with influencers, which it runs at scale. Where the content platform takes an existing process and puts it into software, the influencer platform was a new product, designed and built from the start around how the operator works with the people who promote it.

The two sit in different services. Marketing automation software development, where a repeating chain of steps is mapped and rebuilt, is our Business Process Automation. A new marketing product built from the first version onward is AI MVP Development.

Adtech software development in-game ads and one platform for every ad channel

An adtech product serves two sides at once. Advertisers want to see where their budget went and what it bought; publishers want to know what their inventory earned. The same platform has to answer both, and the interface is where either side decides whether to trust it.

Adverty brings advertisers and publishers together for advertising that runs inside games and apps. We designed its platform and built the front end, and redesigned its marketing website. That work is our Product Design; its Chief Product Officer is quoted below.

For a company in digital advertising we built a SaaS platform that brings its advertising channels into one place, tracks spend across them and handles the paperwork that comes with it, with an admin panel for the product team that runs the platform. That was a new product, built in our AI MVP Development service.

Ad tech platform development starts the way any new product does with us: the first version broken into features with an estimate for each, and a clickable prototype that both sides of the market can react to before anything is built.

Questions

What martech software have you built?

For a marketing operator, a content operations platform where articles move through staged checks to publication, and a large influencer platform; both are in production. In advertising, the platform behind Adverty's in-game ads and a SaaS platform that brings advertising channels into one place.

Do you offer adtech software development services?

Yes. We designed Adverty's in-game advertising platform, which brings advertisers and publishers together, and built its front end. For another company in digital advertising we built a SaaS platform that tracks spend across channels and handles the paperwork, with an admin panel for its product team.

Can you build marketing automation software for our operations?

Yes, through Business Process Automation. We map the chain of steps your campaigns or content go through, decide which steps follow rules and which need a person, and build the software that carries the work between them, as we did with the content operations platform.

Do you do influencer platform development?

We built a large platform for working with influencers that a marketing operator runs at scale. It was a new product, designed and built around how that operator works with the people who promote it.

Are you a CRM software development company?

We build CRM software as part of product work rather than as a separate line. One example is a cloud CRM for contractors and home-improvement professionals, with integrations to their accounting tools, on our Real Estate & PropTech page.

How does custom martech software development start?

For a new product, with a scope and a clickable prototype: the first version broken into features with an estimate for each, and a plan to the first release. For an operation you already run, with one process mapped, its systems and the cost of each step today.

Are you an ad tech software development company?

We build the software advertising companies sell. We designed Adverty's in-game advertising platform and built its front end, and built a SaaS platform that brings advertising channels into one place for another digital advertising company.
