About
the business
The story of this project started when a client from the US-based tech company with 80+ members came to us.
The client already had several successful and profitable sales and business automation solutions. So in 2023 he decided to build one more software powered by AI.
His idea was to create a smart platform to automate and interconnect various sales solutions. And we helped him to gather all requirements and build MVP of this AI-powered solution.
Our goal was to release an MVP, help our client with its support, and then transform that MVP into a fully-fledged product.

- Complete a holistic discovery to prepare functional and non-functional requirements, prioritize features, and create product roadmap.
- Design and build an MVP of a sales platform with a basic but solid AI-powered feature set and perform its quick market launch.

We developed an AI-powered helpdesk to empower platform users to filter, organize, manage and respond to customers queries faster and with less effort.
AI assists users with support tickets resolution by providing response suggestions. It can also improve written responses by making them longer or shorter, summarizing the issue, adding necessary action items.
To make helpdesk even smarter and put customer support to a whole new level we also added a set of complimentary options:

Our goal was to create a convenient solution to store all company data and knowledge and enhance it with AI to recognize questions and find them in the base, generate personalized answers, and gather customer feedback.

Development
approach
To build this AI-powered sales platform and make it easy to use and maintain, weβve used a set of proven technologies. They helped us ensure that the platform is stable and has high performance. Here is what we used:
- TypeScript for both front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js) parts to make source code stable and decrease future maintenance costs.
- React to speed-up front-end development and code maintenance.
- Amazon AWS was selected as the primary cloud service provider as the most cost-efficient and scalable solution.
- Amazon Aurora DB was used as a main database for high performance, availability and scalability.
- Swagger was used for API documentation and testing.
- Weβve also created a robust REST API as the main communication gateway between product parts.

RESULTS
OUTCOME
Our team accomplished a great deal in just 9 months. We performed a thorough product discovery process, finalized the requirements, and built an MVP of the web platform to test our client's idea.
The MVP was successfully launched and tested by users, who provided additional feedback for further improvements and platform scaling. At the same time, we developed a hybrid mobile app that utilizes the benefits of the React tech stack to speed up the development process.β¨β¨The product has gained traction among its users and already generated solid cash flow. Currently, we are working with our client to scale this MVP and add new advanced features.
