HCP Portal Modernization for Roche Switzerland Enterprise

case10-1

About the Project and Business
Roche Switzerland, a leading healthcare company with a 125-year history, approached us to revamp their HCP Portal. This digital platform was intended for medical specialists to access information about Roche products and supporting materials but was outdated and lacked practical value for both Roche representatives and medical specialists.

Development Objectives and Challenges
Our goal was to determine why the portal had low traffic, develop a strategy to increase it and redesign the solution to enhance its effectiveness.

Development Process
We started by interviewing around 15 project stakeholders to gather diverse perspectives on the portal’s issues and identify recurring themes. We then conducted live sessions with users interested in the portal's development to better understand their use cases and needs.

During the quarantine lockdown, we held interactive online sessions with over 30 participants to explore potential improvements and growth areas. We analyzed this data to diagnose the current solution’s shortcomings and, based on user feedback, created a redesign strategy. In the final stage, we converted our insights into actionable steps for the redesign, which were then added to our project backlog.

Medivus - Hospital Management System
