About the business

Loyalty app is an application for professional sports clubs and leagues to address two major issues in blockchain and sports - Mass Adoption and Monetizing Sports Fans. As users engage with the platform, they will earn a piece of the daily revenue paid out daily.

Loyalty created the currency β€” Loyalty Points. It's a cryptocurrency in disguise used for in-app transactions, playing in challenges and tournaments.

Fans can track their team stats and performance, watch live broadcasts, etc.

  • To create a mobile blockchain platform with visual and motion design from scratch to engage professional sports fans in monetizing their passion.
  • Allow the user to create skill-based challenges and win Loyalty Points they can exchange for sponsor products and merchandise and fight in big tournaments for sponsored prizes.

Research phase & Product discovery

During the Research Phase, we defined stakeholders’ expectations, requirements, business objectives and KPIs.

In a highly competitive market, we analyzed processes and trends to create a product that will interest the user.

We built platform features around the insights discovered during the Research Phase, increasing the simplicity and easiness of use.

We developed two different systems, iOS and Android. We considered all the features of different operating systems so that the user puts a minimum of effort into using the application.

Teams profiles view

This part allows user to browse their favorite teams and see team members, statistics, match scores, photos, events, and other relevant content. This functionality brings more involvement into the team’s activity.
Fans can track their team stats and performance, watch live broadcasts, etc.

Wallet & Transactions

The main fan currency is Loyalty Points, a cryptocurrency used for in-app transactions, playing in challenges, and tournaments.
Users can view a history of transactions, manage their Loyalty Points balance, and connect payment cards to use in the app.

Creating & playing the challenges

We developed functionality that allows users to create skill-based challenges with up to 10 participants.
Playing and winning challenges provide significant amounts of Loyalty Points that users can exchange for team merch and sponsor products.

Visual Identity

We created a visual identity to shape perception and make an impression through the visible elements of Loyalty app. We chose memorable intense colours with vivid accents, leaving a sense of familiar design of similar platforms but at the same time making the product unique.
