Logistics software development for fleets, drivers and the people waiting on them
Our logistics software development serves several people at once: the operator running a fleet, the driver on the road, the customer waiting for a delivery or comparing cars. We built a white-label driver app for taxi fleets, a white-label delivery platform and a marketplace for new and used cars, for software companies that sell to many operators and for the operators themselves.
The situation
The second operator
A product works for its first operator. Then the second one signs and wants its own brand, its own tariff rules, its own way of handing out jobs. Each request is small. Together they decide whether the product can be sold again or has to be rebuilt for every customer, and the engineering team finds out which by the third.
The people who use it are rarely at a desk: a driver checking a phone at the curb between jobs, a dispatcher watching a map with too many open orders, a customer refreshing a tracking page, a buyer comparing cars on the train. Each of them has a few seconds and one hand free.
In transportation software development services, that means two things from the first release. What differs between operators belongs in configuration, not in a copy of the code. And every screen is designed for the person and the moment it serves, because the driver's app, the dispatcher's console and the customer's tracking page are three different products sharing one set of data.
Fleet management software development white-label platforms operators run under their own name
Fleet and delivery software is usually sold by a software company to many operators, and each of them wants the product to look and behave like its own. The platform has to carry one codebase and many brands, and the driver's app has to work for someone who is driving, not reading.
For a fleet-management SaaS provider for UK taxis we built Cordic Driver: a white-label mobile app for the drivers of English taxi fleets. Drivers bid on jobs, follow their earnings, navigate to the pickup and have an SOS button within reach, and each fleet runs the app under its own name.
For a logistics software company, renamed here as FleetFlow under NDA, we built a white-label delivery platform with three faces: an operations console for dispatchers, a driver app with proof of delivery, and tracking for customers.
Both were new products, and that work sits in our AI MVP Development service: today it starts from a clickable prototype of the first version and runs on the Artkai AI SDLC. Product Design is where the screens for each role get drawn: the driver's, the dispatcher's and the customer's.
Transportation software development for the buyer a marketplace for new and used cars
A car marketplace has two sides that want different things. The buyer wants to compare and trust what they see; the seller wants to list quickly and reach the right buyers. One journey for both serves neither.
For a European vehicle marketplace we built a platform for buying and selling new and used cars, with separate journeys for buyers and sellers and its own visual identity.
It was a new product, and it sits in our AI MVP Development service. A marketplace like this is also Product Design work: two journeys and one identity they share.

Services
AI MVP Development
A new product scoped, prototyped and taken to its first release on the Artkai AI SDLC, then maintained under the same method.
Product Design
Digital product design services: UX research, redesign and a design system, handed to your engineers as working front-end code, so what was designed is what ships.
Questions
What logistics and transportation software have you built?
Cordic Driver, a white-label app for the drivers of English taxi fleets; FleetFlow, a white-label delivery platform with an operations console, a driver app with proof of delivery and tracking for customers; and a marketplace for new and used cars for the European market.
What do your logistics software development services include?
A new product goes through AI MVP Development: a clickable prototype of the first version with an estimate for each feature, then the build on the Artkai AI SDLC. Product Design shapes the screens for drivers, dispatchers and customers, and Business Process Automation takes the back office.
Do you do fleet management software development?
Yes. We built Cordic Driver, the driver app of a taxi fleet-management product, with job bidding, earnings, navigation and an SOS button, and FleetFlow, a delivery platform whose driver app records proof of delivery.
Can you build white-label logistics software that many operators run under their own brand?
Both of our fleet products work that way: Cordic Driver runs under each taxi fleet's name, and FleetFlow is a white-label delivery platform. What differs between operators belongs in configuration, so the product can be sold again without being rebuilt.
Do you offer supply chain software development services for the back office?
Through Business Process Automation: order intake and dispatch, driver and field apps with proof of delivery, tracking for customers and partners, and the systems that join suppliers, stock and delivery.
How does custom logistics software development start with you?
With a clickable prototype of the first version and the features behind it, each with an estimate. Your product owner reviews both while changing them is still cheap, and the plan to the first release comes from what you agreed.
Are you a logistics software development company?
We build the software logistics operators run on: Cordic Driver for taxi fleets, the FleetFlow delivery platform with its operations console, driver app and customer tracking, and a marketplace for new and used cars.
