Our customer faced a quality challenge across their ecosystem. Their products were built in different ways and had to be assessed against more than 30 criteria, while traditional grooming and documentation were slow and resource-intensive.
We introduced an agentic-first mechanism to document legacy systems by reviewing applications, asking targeted questions, and reverse-engineering product logic. The agents gather and validate requirements, giving teams a clearer view of the architecture.
We also extended this into QA, using agents to turn validated requirements into structured test cases. The result was significantly less manual effort, faster understanding of complex systems, and a more scalable approach to product quality.
